
Kallie Allen, LPC-S
Kallie Allen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s of education in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas. She is a certified Daring Way™ facilitator, trained directly in Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability, shame resilience, and wholehearted living. Her therapeutic work is grounded in trauma-informed, creative, and relational approaches that honor the whole person.
With over a decade of experience in school-based mental health, Kallie founded and led a nationally recognized student wellness program, receiving the Texas CREST Award for excellence in school counseling.
Kallie specializes in working with high-achieving women navigating perfectionism, burnout, and identity shifts, as well as teens and young adults seeking self-compassion and authentic connection. Her work often blends expressive arts, narrative work, somatic grounding, and deep emotional insight.
Originally from Colorado, Kallie loves spending her time outdoors with her spirited young son. She brings warmth, creativity, and humor into her work, and believes that healing happens best in spaces where we feel seen, safe, and free to tell the truth.

Kallie’s private pay rate is $95 and our sliding scale application is available for all counselors.
