Arlette Rodriguez, LCSW

Arlette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in social work from The University of Houston. For the past 10 years, she has held a variety of roles in the social work field, including case manager, grief support group facilitator, and therapist.

Arlette is a bilingual therapist, fluent in both Spanish and English. As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, she is passionate about helping break the stigma surrounding mental health within the Latinx community. Arlette approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and openness, creating a welcoming space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and exploring their emotions.

Outside of work, one of her greatest joys is spending time with  family.  She enjoys getting creative through arts and crafts projects and relaxing with a good book.

“My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, heard and empowered every step of the way.”
