
Amy Gready is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals ages 15 years and up. Amy earned a master’s degree in Communications from Texas State University as well as a master’s degree in Education/Counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University. Amy enjoyed working in education for 24 years as an instructor, department head, coach, advisor, students-of-service mentor, and counselor. Now as a full-time individual therapist, Amy has been focusing on assisting clients with stress-management, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ and gender-questioning, grief, emotional and behavioral concerns, and discovering new or potential career paths whether that be as a graduating senior in high school, an individual already attending college, or persons presently in the workforce. Amy utilizes cognitive – behavioral therapy (CBT) as the foundation to supporting clients, combined with various counseling ideologies and tools beneficial to the clients success.
