Fall Mom Talks

UPDATE: We’ll meet each Tuesday in Room ES-311 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church (3471 Westheimer Rd).

There will be signs to guide you to the 3rd floor as soon as you enter the building through the main entrance. This is in the center of the south parking lot; St. Luke’s Day School entrance on your left and branches building on your right.

Feel free to bring your lunch and if you are able to stay from 1-1:30 for a little community time and to get to know other moms, please do!

Walk-ins welcome! You can pay at the door or register online up until the start of the talk.

A safe space to learn from a mental health professional and connect with other moms about their motherhood journey. During our time together, we’ll cover the following objectives:  

  1. Empowering women to be the moms they want to be for their families.  
  2. Normalizing the challenges of motherhood and learning tangible tools to manage them. 
  3. Releasingmom guilt” and building community with other moms.

  • Each talk will last for one hour with an option to stay and connect with other moms at the end. 
  • Cost is $25 per talk or $100 for the entire series.
  • Once you register online, location details (St. Luke’s Methodist Church, 3471 Westheimer) and parking information will be emailed by the noon the day before your registered talk.
  • Walk-ins accepted if space is available (pay at the door) and you are welcome to bring your lunch to enjoy while you listen.
