2018 Tree of Life Gala Co-Chairs: Judy Ann & Jimmy McCartney and Melissa & Doug Schnitzer
A note from this year’s chairs…
We hope that you will join us in support of NFCC’s 10th Annual Tree of Life Gala on October 10, 2018 as we celebrate 10 years of successfully meeting the greater Houston area’s mental health needs. This year, along with the Host Committee and NFCC’s Advisory Board, we are delighted to honor Susan & Bill Finnegan at River Oaks Country Club.
The last several years have shown incredible growth for the Nick Finnegan Counseling Center. Several years
ago the counseling center was merely an idea and now, 10 years later has become a staff of 15 serving over 600 clients! Thanks to continued support from donors, NFCC is able to continue offering high-quality counseling. Everyone deserves the opportunity to access high quality, affordable mental health care and NFCC does that
by providing excellent therapeutic services without long waitlists, at reasonable rates.
Let’s work together to keep it that way!

2018 Tree of Life Gala Co-Chairs
The Tree of Life is a symbol of a fresh start on life, positive energy, good health and a bright future.
As a symbol of immortality. A tree grows old, yet it bears seeds that contain its very essence
and in this way, the tree becomes immortal. As a symbol of growth and strength.
