Corporate Giving Program
In 2021, NFCC provided 8,156 counseling sessions and as the COVID-19 pandemic lingers, the need for quality mental healthcare has only increased. In order to meet the growing demand and continue to serve our community, we are excited to introduce our new corporate giving program. All corporate giving will go to our Because Counseling Matters Fund, which provides unrestricted support to the Nick Finnegan Counseling Center. This new program will ensure NFCC is able to invest in our highly-qualified counselors and will directly impact the overall health and well-being of the Houston community.
NFCC strives to break down the common barriers to seeking mental healthcare including affordability and accessibility by offering community talks, support groups, referrals, and three flexible payment options for our clients. While client fees are projected to cover 46% of our operational budget in 2022, the remainder will need to be covered by our two fundraising events, the Because Counseling Matters Fund, and donations from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
Our Partnership
Will provide greater access to affordable mental healthcare and will directly impact the overall health and well-being of the Houston community.
