Calendar Event

Offered by the Alzheimers Association, the  Discovering Connections is a group for active adults with a diagnosis of early stage Alzheimers disease and their family care partners.  Participants connect with others in creative and educational  sessions while their family care partners are meeting concurrently in discussion groups designed to enhance caregiving confidence.  Both groups are facilitated by professionals trained in memory support.
