With ten years experience counseling children ages zero through five, Amy’s specialties include helping them work through grief, anxiety and depression as well as improve their social skills, attention problems and behavioral challenges. She also has a particular focus of clinical experience and practice helping clients of all ages who are facing trauma, grief and/or loss. Amy practices relationship-based psychotherapy – a multidisciplinary approach that includes working with individuals and their families. Her services include but are not limited to individual/group/ family therapy, play therapy, art therapy and parent-child therapy.
