NFCC provides services by appointment only. No walk-ins.

Before your appointment

Because the counseling process can be unfamiliar and even intimidating, let us help you take those first steps together. From your first call to your last appointment, everything about your relationship with us is confidential.

Appointments

To decide if counseling is right for you, call us at 713-402-5046. Our friendly team can answer your questions to help you determine if you would like to schedule an appointment. Payment options can be discussed at this time too. An intake appointment allows you to meet with one of our licensed therapists, to discuss what is going on in your life and to determine together if our counseling services are a good fit for you. If you and the therapist determine a different counselor or service would help you more, we can provide you with a referral.

Cancellations

In order to best serve you and others, NFCC’s cancellation policy requires 24 hours advanced notice. Appointments cancelled within the 24 window are subject to being charged a fee.

Payments

NFCC accepts several insurance plans, and we are happy to verify benefits on your behalf. If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, NFCC offers affordable rates as well as a need-based sliding scale. Payments to NFCC are currently available by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Click here to read more: NFCC Good Faith Client Notice
